Who We Are
Neil Ifill, PhD.
Dr. Neil Ifill is a learning and development (L&D) professional with special interests in leadership, adult learning theory and application, instructional design, and organizational development.
Neil's work life and leadership journey have taken him across hospitality, healthcare, property management, manufacturing, and travel, and he is now the Founder and Principal of Neil Ifill Consulting. Most notably, he has served in Human Resources and has specialized in L&D.
Neil holds a PhD in Business Management (Management Education specialization) from Capella University, an MS in Management (Organization Development specialization) from The Catholic University of America, a BS in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College, and an AAS in Hotel Catering and Institutional Operations from the Barbados Community College's Hospitality Institute.
His latest book, The Cart Before the Horse: Practical Considerations for Workplace Leadership, is available from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Archway Publishing (the publisher), and other online bookstores.
